We started Hollowstone in 2014 out of a cramped spare room in Sheffield with a 1kg sample roaster and too many opinions. Eleven years later we're roasting four days a week out of a converted 18th-century grain mill on the edge of the Peak District.
We buy direct where we can, work with trusted importers where we can't, and we write every origin up with honesty about what it tastes like and where it came from.
